Optionally, describe your reason in more detail in the <gui>Description</gui> field.</p> </item> <item> <p>Press the <gui style="button">Revoke</gui> button.</p> </item> <item> <p>You will have to unlock the key with its passphrase.</p> </item> <item> <p>The <gui>Status</gui> of the subkey changes to <gui>Revoked</gui> in the <gui>Subkeys</gui> panel.</p> </item> </steps> <note style="tip"> <p>If you have <link xref="pgp-publish">published</link> your subkey, you must <link xref="pgp-sync">synchronize</link> it with the key servers after revoking it to apply the revocation on all copies of the key.</p> </note> </page>
