These options are only available if the chosen archive file format supports them.</p> </note> </item> <item> <p>Add the desired files and folders to your archive by pressing <gui>+</gui> in the header bar. Check the box next to the files and folders that you want to add.</p> <note style="tip"> <p>Not all archive file formats support folders — if the file format that you are using does not, you will not be warned. If the file format that you are using does not support folders, the files from the folders will be added, but not the folder itself.</p> </note> </item> <item> <p>Once you finish adding files, the archive is ready; you do not need to save it.</p> </item> </steps> </page>
